Sarmadee Arabians 2008 Foal Crop

Princess5_051708.JPG

SA Mystic Moon Princess

(pending)
Foaled 5/16/08

Sire: AR Ghostwind Feather (Appaloosa)
Dam: QAR Star Finder (Appaloosa)

"Princess" is a few spot, leopard Appaloosa with a black triangle above three hoofs. Through her sire she is a descendent of the foundation  "Ghost Wind Stallions" Solar Flair Eclat, Coyote's Apache, Angel Many Spots, Shylocs Cody, Chubs Powderface, Money Creeks Rockledge, and Desert King. Through her dam she carries DreamFinder and Impressive blood. Her dam is HYPP negative N/N.

Princess has nice conformation, is very athletic, has a sweet disposition, and is both intelligent and people oriented. She was imprint trained at birth. She will be double registered with the Appaloosa Horse Club and the Colorado Rangerbred Horse Association. Princess will be retained for breeding purposes, since a few spot appaloosa normally produces 100% colored foals.

Kendra_foal6.JPG

SA Dandy Sunny Knight

Foaled 6/22/08
(Registered Half-Arabian - pending)

Sire: A Dandy Gent (Appaloosa)
Dam: FAA Kendra Knight (Arabian)

"Sunny" is an AraAppaloosa (half-arab / half-appaloosa) bay filly. She may roan out with age, as her sire is a bay-roan appaloosa. Sunny is a combination of top performance quarter horse / appaloosa bloodlines through her sire and sport horse bloodlines through her dam. We expect Sunny to be a good sport horse prospect.

Sunny's sire is a son of the Appaloosa World Champion Performance Stallion, Dandy Zippo, who is also a top 10 sire of performance horses.
Dandy Zippo's bloodlines carry such notable sires as Three Bars, Puco Pine, Puco Bueno, Sunny Dee Bar, Leo and King.

Sunny's dam is 50% Al Khamsa thru her sire's side, with lines to El Reata Juan, the famous Hallany Mistanny, Babson bred Fa-Serr, and the Sa'ud desert bred mare Turfa. Her dam is mostly Crabbet bred and through her tail female line traces back to the great desert war mare, Wadduda.

Fancy_Coco17.jpg

SA Fancy Coco Feather

Foaled 6/24/08
(Registered Half-Arabian - pending)

Sire: AR Ghostwind Feather (Appaloosa)
Dam: CS MI Fancy (Arabian)

"Coco" is an AraAppaloosa (half-arab / half-appaloosa) filly. Coco is a buckskin dun with the characteristic dorsal stripe down her back and zebra stripes on legs, as well as the darker color patch over her withers. She has a beautiful Arab type head with a perfect heart-shaped star in the middle of her forehead.  Her Leopard Appaloosa sire is descended from the Appaloosa foundation "Ghost Wind Stallions" (see notes from above on SA Mystic Moon Princess).

Coco's dam is a very well-bred Arabian mare out of exceptional performance bloodlines. Please refer to the Broodmare link on this website for more information about Coco's dam. She is the first mare listed.

Coco exhibits good conformation and athletic ability, along with an amiable temperament. Coco also appears to have the Indian Shuffle gait, a smooth-ride ground-covering endurance gait. She has been imprinted at birth and likes being petted. Coco will be registered as a Half-Arabian, with the Appaloosa Horse Club, the Colorado Rangerbred Horse, American Buckskin Association, and will also be registered with the AraAppaloosa & Foundation Breeder's International Registry.

Coco will be going to her new home once weaned.
Congratulations Jo!
